    You are able to send tracking number from us and within 2-4 days of shipment.

    Check your tracking number in CBT (www.cbtlogis.com) for ASIA region and other countries can be found in Fedex (www.fedex.com)


  • Is it possible to change the delivery destination (My address)?
     

    You can change it before we send your order through our CS center.

    If all the products you ordered are in stock, orders before 12 p.m. on weekdays will be released the next day, so we would appreciate it if you could request them quickly.


  • How long does it take to receive my package?
     

    Asia - 3 to 5 Working Days

    North America - 3 to 4 Working Days

    Europe / Oceania - 4 to 5 Working Days

    Middle East - 5 to 6 Working Days

    Russia - 6 to 7 Working Days

    South America / CIS - 7 to 8 Working Days

     

    If there is a product which is temporarily out of stock among the products you ordered, it will be shipped when it is restocked.
